Boxy Bags & a Sale

While I should have been able to finish these three bags in a day it actually took me three days to finish them. A lot of the construction was done with Nomes on my lap, which  means super slow sewing so no little fingers get caught in the machine!

I started with y making some quilted panels for each bag. I just pulled fabric scraps that were in the same color family. Yellows and oranges. Greens. Blues and purples. I love how they came out. I'm not even a fan of orange but I love the orange panels.

Here are the completed bags, which, by the way, are available for sale in my shop.

On another note. Now through March 16th Craftsy classes are on sale up to 50% off to celebrate National Crafting Month! Personally I am a huge fan of Craftsy's sewing and quilting classes. But they also have photography classes, cooking classes, and now paper crafting classes.

There are also plenty of FREE classes if you want to see what Craftsy classes are about.

(Craftsy links are affiliate links, let's face it, I need the money so I can take more Craftsy classes!)
